We are looking for an experienced Energy Manager with a passion for renewable energy, with both technical and managerial skills, capable of analyzing, planning, and optimizing energy efficiency, while supporting the development of our projects for energy production from renewable sources.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze and optimize the energy performance of photovoltaic systems;
- Conduct technical and economic assessments of new projects and feasibility of projects (roof-top, ground-mounted, agrivoltaic, self-consumption);
- Evaluate energy scenarios, ESCOs, and energy incentive tools for all RES systems;
- Prepare energy reports and energy budgets;
- Support participation in tenders, GSE incentives, and RES regulations;
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of energy storage solutions and smart grids.
Required Skills
- Degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
- Certification as Energy Manager or EGE certification (preferred);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the energy sector;
- Knowledge of the energy market and general regulatory and legislative framework;
- Familiarity with monitoring and simulation software (e.g., PVSyst, PV*Sol, SCADA);
- Good knowledge of the English language.

We are searching for an architect/engineer to include in our team, able to perform urbanistic evaluation activities on suitable sites to PV plant design, draft graphic design elaborations and management of authoritative processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Have knowledge about the scenario of the main authorization regulations (VIA, PAUR; PAS, DILA, etc.); identify and develop the proceedings for a wide range of projects in renewable energy field;
- Study the regulatory development appliable and comprehend in which way regulatory changes could affect on project development procedures;
- Coordinate different external specialists for the completion of projects and the respect of deadlines;
- Manage, with the support of the engineering manager, the design activities by the application of technical engineering planning (request of connection, technical table request, etc.);
- Draft documents for permissions;
- Be able to face the operation of authoritative requests (istances);
- Lead meeting with Public Administration (es. Conferences of Services, technical table, etc.).

- Good abilities in using design software and AUTOCAD draw (2D and 3D);
- Knowledge of MS Office suite;
- Knowledge of Photoshop;

A leading Italian group in the renewable energy sector, with extensive experience in the design, maintenance, and implementation of photovoltaic, electrical, technological systems, and energy efficiency projects across Italy, is seeking a professional to join the engineering department and perform the following activities.
The successful candidate will work independently and report directly to the Head of the Engineering Business Unit.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preliminary, detailed, and executive design in AUTOCAD for large-scale photovoltaic systems;
- On-site surveys with critical feasibility analysis for electrical systems;
- Definition of technical specifications for low and medium voltage connection solutions;
- Management of the stages leading to the preparation of documents such as the tender specifications, bill of quantities, and cost/time estimates for the supply of electrical materials;
- Project management, including monitoring work progress and collaborating with technical teams managing the construction site for system implementation;
- Conducting system testing and commissioning.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification;
- Professional qualification (preferred) practicing Engineer;
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within structured organizations;
- Strong knowledge of electrical design for medium/high voltage systems in the photovoltaic sector;
- Proven experience in electrical design;
- Proficiency in design software;
- Good command of the English language.

Leading Italian Group in Energy and Utilities sector is searching for a professional able to perform, within the engineering area, the following activities.
The resource, after a first period of support, will work in totally autonomy and reporting directly to the manager of Business Unit Engineering.
Activities and Responsabilities
- Preliminary, finale and executive design of big PV system by AUTOCAD;
- Detailed onsite inspections with feasibility’s critical analysis of electrical installations;
- Definition of specific technical solutions of low and medium voltage connection;
- Management of the phases leading to the definition of documents such as the tender specifications and the bill of quantities, costs and times for the supply of electrical material;
- Management of the order, status of work progress, collaboration with technical professionals in charge of site management for the construction of the plant;
- Testing of the plant.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification;
- Qualification (preferred) to practice the profession of Engineer;
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role within structured contexts;
- Excellent knowledge of the electrical design part of medium/high voltage systems in the photovoltaic field;
- Consolidated experience in electrical design;
- Excellent knowledge of design programs;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
